Our Story

Established in 2021, Alevra’s concept actually started much earlier. President and Founder, Merv Joseph had the intent of starting a company that would provide niche products and services to customers who identified as germaphobes. Prior to the global pandemic, the company anticipated the need for a global communications platform for those concerned with germs and sanitation. With the advent of the pandemic, the company embarked on initial market research which helped bring to light the vast under-served needs of the millions of those with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). 

The goal for 2022 is to establish a Board of Directors and expand the companies Advisory Board. Together, these teams will start the fundraising activities, business planning and operational structure needed to enter the market.

Alevra represents an opportunity to be first to market and redefine how a company can bring well-being to millions of people where traditional means have failed.

In an era where social media and tech startups are scrutinized, Alevra will be a breath of fresh air in its commitment to its audience and employees. 

We want to be the model and raise the bar for the next generation of health-based companies. Utilizing progressive practices that overall benefit the customer, will help Alevra differentiate itself and transcend strictly transactional models.
